End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between Turing Intelligence Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“User” or “you”), governing your installation and utilization of the Turing Audio Social Media mobile application (“App”).

1. Strict Zero-Tolerance Content Policy

Turing Audio Social Media is dedicated to maintaining a safe, constructive, and respectful interactive communications environment. You are strictly prohibited from generating, publishing, broadcasting, transmitting, or sharing any User-Generated Content (UGC) that constitutes:

  • Hate speech, racism, bigotry, discrimination, or targeted harassment.
  • Defamatory, libelous, threatening, abusive, or stalking behaviors.
  • Explicit sexual imagery, pornography, nudity, or graphic violence.
  • Infringement upon third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Facilitation or encouragement of illegal activities or dangerous real-world harm.

There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. Any user found in violation of these community safety standards will be intercepted immediately.

2. Moderation, Reporting, and Enforcement Mandates

To ensure compliance with safety frameworks, the App implements robust precautions:

  • Active Screening: We employ automated filters and human moderation teams to review public audio and text dispatches daily.
  • In-App Flagging (Reporting): Every post, media file, and comment includes a clear, visible option for any user to flag content as objectionable. All flags are evaluated by a content supervisor within 24 hours.
  • User Blocking: Users have the permanent right to block abusive individuals instantly. Blocking hides all past and future communications from that user across your personal device view.

3. Immediate Account Termination and Suspension

Any confirmed violation of this Agreement will prompt immediate and irreversible corrective action by Turing Intelligence Ltd, including but not limited to:

  • Instant removal of the offending content from all network feeds.
  • Permanent banning and termination of the creator’s user account profile.
  • Device-level identifier blacklisting to prevent re-registration shortcuts.
